Council is a simple, timeless way of coming together in circle to speak and listen from the heart. Putting fixing and judgement down. Allowing presence, story, and the healing power of being truly seen and heard.

This offering is - for you if you are:

• New to Council

• Curious about circle practice and deep listening

• Seeking a more intentional, heart‑centred way of being with others

 

During the day we will:

• Learn the roots, intentions, and guidelines of Council.

• Explore the meaning of the talking piece and the power of silence

• Practice listening deeply - with the whole body and feelings, not just the mind
  Speak authentically, without performance or pressure

• Discover the subtle shift that happens when we gather in an intentional, sacred way
