Council Ways through the Body

An opportunity to learn a way of being that helps awaken mind-body-spirit unity. Participants will experience 'hands-on' work to help them recognise and let go of long held tension patterns. The course will be of special interest to those who work in the healing professions and to those who wish to deepen compassionate understanding with their relationship with their body.
